  1. i can only say that the news about "toyota recall" has been giveing me a pain.... since that is supposed to be one of the best car companies in Japan (or world>>)....what a shame. i really hope they do the best to build their reputation again......

  3. When the news came out, it was, of course, big one. After that whenever the situation/information is updated, it is always on the front page. I have to say that, first, most of Japanese people could not believe such thing happend. We always thought Toyota was one of the best auto companies which we could rely on their quality.
    Since it has got its good-long-term reputation, I cannot say that Toyota seems to be stepping down from its position here. I believe Toyota is still one of the best auto companies here. A few magagines which are more like political gossip magazines posted articles like: "Toyota- which was involved in the conspiracy of American Government" I know this is very ridiculous....when I saw this, I could not believe.
    Yes, since Toyota is such a powerful company with a good reputation and long history here, some people try to ignore the fact but find someone else to blame.
    At the moment, the news is getting old and less people are paying their attention to it, unfortunately.
